Composition : crème vanille de Madagascar.

Flocage Mélange de beurre de cacao et de chocolat (blanc, lait ou noir). Ajout de colorant alimentaire pour obtenir la teinte souhaitée.

Décor : glaçage vanille, bonnet et barbe en ganache montée vanille, yeux en chocolat blanc, nez en pâte d’amande colorée en rouge, pastille en chocolat blanc.
